The only wedding planning app where you're not the product.
The famous wedding sites are free because they sell you to vendors: your inbox, your budget, your browsing. We sell software. You pay $149 once, and everything in here works for exactly one person: you.
Seating & floor plan
Real budget, vendors, contracts
A day-of timeline that bends
Ever wonder why the big wedding sites are free? Because you're what's for sale.
The moment you make an account, the vendor emails start. That's the business. The "recommended" vendors are paid placements. When you ask how to give your day-of coordinator access, the market leader's official answer is: share your password. We are not making that up.
Coordinator-access guidance from the market leader's own published help-center documentation, as of July 2026.
Your inbox stays yours
No vendor lead-gen, no "sponsored matches," no ads. Not on a free trial, not ever. There is nothing to sell because you already bought the product.
Scoped links for your people, never your login
Your day-of coordinator gets the timeline, seating, and check-in. The mother of the bride gets exactly her slice, even a single sub-event. Everyone sees their piece; nobody gets your password.
Your data leaves with you
Guest list, budget, the whole plan — download it any time: print-ready PDFs for every list and pack, CSV spend reports. It's your wedding. It's your data.
A real cockpit, not a checklist with ads.
These are unretouched screenshots of a sample plan we built end to end to show you exactly what it does. Click any of them to look closer.

Set it up in an afternoon
Date, venue, budget, wedding party — each attendant with their role, their size, and whether the outfit is ordered, received, or fitted. Then tell it what kind of wedding: a destination wedding opens the room block, guest travel, and the local marriage-license rules; an Indian or South Asian wedding opens Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet and the baraat as their own days, with the mandap, dhol and pandit to match. The plankit builds your whole checklist, every task dated backward from your day.
Guests, without the spreadsheet
Households, kids vs adults, meals, allergies. Every guest gets a personal RSVP link that works on any phone. No accounts, no app. Bringing a list from another site? The import wizard reads it, splits the names, groups the households.
Money that behaves
A real budget with planned-vs-actual, plus every vendor's contract — what's contracted, what's paid, and what's still owed. With e-sign, "did we ever sign that?" stops being a 1am question. Gifts get logged as they arrive, and thank-you notes are tracked per gift, so nobody double-thanks Aunt Carol.
Seat the room without the drama
Drag-and-drop tables and a floor plan. When someone declines, their seat frees itself.
Run the day like you hired a pro
A minute-by-minute run-of-show that prints beautifully. The photographer gets the shot list, the DJ gets the entrance order with name pronunciations, the caterer gets meals and allergies. Each vendor gets exactly their sheet. The song lists live here too — first dance, must-play, do-not-play — next to a toast board for who speaks, in what order, and the gist of what they'll say.
The program your guests keep.
PlanFlow lays out a print-ready wedding program from your live plan — processional order, wedding party, timeline. Designed, not a Word doc. Change the plan Tuesday night, reprint Wednesday.

The math a bride actually cares about.
The median US wedding runs about $18,000. Here is what the "help" costs, and where we sit.
That's 0.8% of the median wedding for the toolkit the pros use. Hiring a coordinator anyway? Smart. This is how you hand them a perfect plan instead of a shoebox of screenshots.
Median cost and coordinator averages from published wedding-industry research as of July 2026.

Every Wedding plankit will include a Bridal Shower plankit to hand off.
Text the gift code to your Maid of Honor or Best Man. They get their own planning cockpit ($79 value) — for the shower, the bachelor party, or the bachelorette night, whichever one's theirs to throw: their own guest list, their own site, their own checklist. You get a party that's actually organized. The bachelor and bachelorette parties are already in your plankit today — their own dates on the timeline, with their own guest lists; the separate hand-off plankit is the part that's still to come. Asked and answered.
I already started my guest list on one of the big sites. Am I stuck?
No. The import wizard reads their export file, splits "John & Jane Smith" into two guests, groups households, and flags anything odd for you to confirm. Two minutes, with an undo button.
What about our registry?
Keep it exactly where it is. Registries are genuinely great free products, and we link to yours right on your wedding site. We plan the wedding. We don't want to be a store.
Do my guests need accounts or an app?
Never. Every guest gets a personal link: tap, RSVP, pick the chicken, done. Works for your college roommate and your grandmother.
We're hiring a day-of coordinator. Does this replace them?
No, it makes them better. You'll hand them a scoped link (timeline, seating, check-in — you choose) plus printed packs a pro can run from. The alternative is a shoebox of screenshots.
What if we elope instead? 😅
30-day money-back, congratulations, send us a postcard.
