Getting started
Buy a plankit, and the checklist for your event type is already waiting for you. Import your spreadsheet or start clean — either way, the plan tells you what's next.
Guests
Guests never need an app or account. Each gets a personal link — tap, RSVP, done. Links are revocable, and declines free their seats automatically.
Billing & refunds
30-day money-back on every plankit and first subscription — email us, refunded, no interrogation. Subscriptions cancel in-app, access runs through the paid period.
Your data
Export everything any time in standard formats. Close your account and an export window applies before deletion — details in the Privacy Policy.

Does PlanFlow process our tickets / donations / payments?
No — deliberately, permanently, and proudly. Your money runs on the platforms you choose (Stripe checkout pays US for the plankit, but your event's money never routes through us). We track every number and touch none of the dollars. It's Section 7 of the Terms.
How does the AI advisor use my data?
It answers questions about your event only. Guest and client names are stripped before anything leaves, the scrub is verified, unverifiable requests are blocked, nothing executes without your explicit Approve, everything is logged where you can read it, and none of it trains AI models. The complete pipeline — including what the AI does NOT do — is Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
Is founder pricing per plankit or overall?
Per plankit: each plankit's founder price runs until the earlier of its first 25 founder purchases or September 1, 2026. Subscription founder pricing is locked for life while you stay subscribed — Terms Section 5.
Can my co-planner / committee / spouse work in it too?
Yes — not a separate password login yet, but invite them with a scoped link that shows exactly the sections you choose (guest list, tasks, seating — budget or not, your call). Links are per-person, expiring, and revocable; committee-shaped plankits (reunion, gala, anniversary) lean on them hard. Everyone sees their lane; simultaneous edits warn instead of silently overwriting.
What does COMING SOON mean on a feature?
COMING SOON: designed and building, not yet shipped — founder customers get it first when it lands. If a page doesn't claim a feature, we don't have it. That's the site-wide honesty rule.
What if my event gets postponed or canceled?
Move the date and every guest page and countdown updates — guests get one clean notice from you. Canceled entirely within 30 days of purchase: money back. Beyond that, talk to us; events are life, and a named human reads every message.
Do guests in other countries / other languages work?
Guest pages open in any browser worldwide. Bilingual guest pages (English y Español) are live for quinceañera — tap Español on the quince landing page and see — and coming to more plankits. Text reminders COMING SOON will cover US/Canada numbers first.
How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?
Email support@planflowplanner.com with the event type and what you expected to happen. Founder customers: feature requests genuinely steer the roadmap — it's a small company and the person reading is the person building.
