You plan events for a living. Your software should act like it.
Meeting-management firms. DMCs. Event production houses running sixty client programs a year. Your shop already owns the registration platform, the AV, maybe the trucks — what your producers juggle in spreadsheets is the program itself: budgets, vendors, run-of-shows, client approvals. PlanFlow Business is that layer — every business plankit, Client Access pages your clients sign into, scoped links for your whole team — priced like software instead of like a badge vendor.
Clients sign in by email whitelist — a forwarded link opens nothing
You choose what each client sees; budgets and vendor costs never leave your side
Day-of documents generated from live event data, ready to print
The shops that get hired to run other people's events.
Meeting & conference management firms
Program managers running annual conferences, sales kickoffs, and incentive programs for corporate clients — a dozen programs per PM, each with its own budget, vendors, and client to keep calm.
Event production houses
The AV, staging, and creative shops where every show has a run-of-show, a load-in, a crew, and a client — and the production binder is still a binder.
DMCs & design/decor companies
Destination and design shops juggling venues, transportation vendors, floral, fabrication, and tours across simultaneous client programs.
Association & nonprofit event teams
The two-person team that IS the events department — annual conference, gala, and board retreat, every year, forever.
The common thread: you already own registration, production gear, and logistics. Keep all of it. PlanFlow is the program-operations layer underneath — the part currently living in FINAL_v7.xlsx and a shared drive.
Your client sees a polished page. You see everything.
The Business line is the same operations engine as our plankits — budgets, vendors, timelines, run-of-shows, guest machinery — wrapped in the four things a program manager actually gets judged on: the client experience, the whole portfolio staying visible, the documents that run the day, and the numbers that win the renewal.
Client Access — their event, your terms
Each client signs into a secure, branded page — by email whitelist, so a forwarded link opens nothing. You control exactly what they see: the timeline, documents with sign status, their payment balance and your pay link, to-dos assigned to them, booked vendor names. Budgets, vendor costs, and private notes never leave your side.
Printables — the day-of book, generated
Branded documents built from live event data: the Day-of Summary (functions, headcount and meals, key contacts, vendor arrivals and money), run-of-show with per-vendor handouts, vendor BEOs, guest list with meals and dietary, seating list, invoices, payment reminders. The binder, without the binder work.
Portfolio reports — the whole book
Financials across every event at once — contracted, paid, outstanding, total book value — plus top vendor by spend, most-booked vendor, largest balance due, and your top client by value. Export CSV or print to PDF for the partners' meeting.
Multi-event mission control
Every open event grouped by type, with the needs-attention list, open tasks, pending contracts, outstanding balance, and the leads pipeline — one dashboard. Ten opens on Lite, unlimited on Business.
Also in the line: white-label branding — your logo and colors on client pages, guest pages, and printed documents COMING SOON — and team seats, 3 on Lite / 5 on Business. SEATS — COMING SOON

That's Celebration Pro — $119/mo, the DJ-company and party-studio tier: unlimited celebration events, 3 team seats SEATS — COMING SOON, your branding WHITE-LABEL — COMING SOON. Run ONE business vertical on repeat — a conference-only shop, a gala every spring? A single-plankitTrack at $59/mo covers just that lane without the portals and team seats. What professionals ask.
We already run Cvent / Swoogo for registration. Conflict?
None — keep it. Registration platforms carry the attendees and the money; we carry the program: budget, vendors, run-of-show, client access, the portfolio numbers. Shops at your tier process tens of thousands of registrations a year on those platforms — that is exactly the split-stack we designed for. Import the counts, run the show.
What exactly does 'founder pricing locked for life' mean?
As long as your subscription stays active, your recurring price never rises — even when list prices do. It's written into our Terms (Section 5), not just this page. Lapse and re-subscribe later, and it's then-current pricing — the lock rewards staying.
We run 20+ events a year with contractors. Team limits?
Business includes 5 seats and adds more at $100/mo each (Lite: 3 included, $50/mo each after) — seats are coming soon; scoped helper links ship today. Contractors and vendors can also work from the generated per-vendor documents — run-of-show handouts and vendor BEOs from Printables — without a seat at all. Most shops need fewer seats than they think.
Can clients pay us through the platform?
No — deliberately. Client Access shows your client their balance and your pay link, but the money moves on YOUR invoicing stack; event money (tickets, donations, sponsorships) stays on your registration and payment platforms. We track every number and touch none of the money, which is why nothing here has a percentage sign on it.
What happens to client data if we leave?
It's yours: export everything, any time, in standard formats. Terms Section 13 sets the export window after cancellation, and the Privacy Policy is written to survive your client's procurement review.
Simultaneous edits across a team?
Today: the account holder logs in and everyone else works from scoped helper links — per-person, expiring, revocable — while the shared dashboard keeps every event and its numbers in front of the whole shop. Named team seats, live presence, and shared-screen refresh SEATS & LIVE PRESENCE — COMING SOON. We publish what's real, not what's aspirational.
We're a DJ company / party studio, not a conference shop.
Then Celebration Pro ($119/mo) is your lane — unlimited celebration events ship today; 3 named seats SEATS — COMING SOON and your branding WHITE-LABEL — COMING SOON are both still to come. The Business line exists for conference, corporate, and gala work. Mixed shop? Start where most of your events are and use Event Passes for the exceptions.
