Eighteen holes. Seventy-two golfers. One golf tournament chair sweating the foursomes: you.
The annual outing raises more than the gala some years — and it runs on a legal pad. Foursomes that can't include those two guys again, hole sponsors who expect their sign photographed, a shotgun start that waits for no one. This plankit is the operations layer: pairings, sponsors, the run-of-day, and the dinner after — while registration money stays wherever it already lives.
Hole sponsors, tracked & honored
Shotgun start, on time — pinned at noon
Zero fees on your golfers' money
The course runs the golf. You run everything else.
The pro shop handles carts and scores — that is their job. Yours is the other ninety percent: who plays with whom, which sponsor owns which hole, when the auction winner gets announced at dinner, and whether the vegetarian meals made it onto the caterer's sheet.
The pairing board
Foursomes on the pairing board today — auto-suggest pairings, reassign anyone, fill the last cart at 7am. Feud flags ("keep those two apart") are on the way.FEUD FLAGS — COMING SOON
Hole & event sponsors
Every hole and its sponsor on the plan — the sign order on the vendor board, its own signage budget line, and the sell-by, order-by, and thank-you beats on the checklist. The committed-vs-received ledger and sign map are on the way.SPONSOR LEDGER & SIGN MAP — COMING SOON
Shotgun run-of-day
Registration table at 10:30, carts called at 11:50 sharp, the air horn pinned at noon, dinner at 5 — the show-call sheet for a golf course, printed for the whole committee.
Everything up to the money
Registrations, mulligan sales, and donations stay on YOUR platform and your processor. We track every number and touch none of the dollars — which is why nothing here has a percentage sign on it.

The outing funds the mission.
Run it like it matters. $299.
Founder price $229 for the first 25 outings — or through September 1, 2026, whichever comes first. 30-day money-back — yours through the outing + 12 months after. Running the gala, the outing, AND the donor dinner? That's $687 in plankits at founder pricing against $2,189 for a year of Business Lite — so buy the three plankits, unless you want what the subscription adds: client portals, ten events open at once, handoff books. Business Lite $199/mo or Business $299/mo — founding pricing, locked for life; the founding window closes September 1, 2026.

What committee chairs ask.
We already use GolfStatus / the club uses Golf Genius. Conflict?
None — keep them. They run registration money and live scoring; we run the committee's actual work: pairings politics, sponsor operations, the run-of-day, the dinner. Import your player list and run the show. Same split-stack story as our conference plankit and Cvent.
How do we take registrations and mulligan money?
However you already do — GolfStatus, your own site, checks to the office. Note who's paid on each player's card, keep every sponsor and sign on the plan — we never process a dollar. No percentage, no per-golfer fee, nothing passed to your players.
Same outing every year. Start over each time?
A plankit runs one outing, tee-off to check presentation — readable and exportable through the outing + 12 months after, same as every plankit. Buy next year's plankit and it starts 80% done from the archive: sponsors become prospects, foursomes become the seed list, the run-of-day carries over. Committees running events all year live on the Business Track at $59/mo or Business Lite, where duplicating into a new event is simply included.
We're an event company running outings for clients.
Then the Business line is your lane — every business plankit including this one, plus client portals, from $199/mo founding. White-label and team seats are on the way. WHITE-LABEL & SEATS — COMING SOON This page's plankit is for the committee running its own outing.
What does "founder price" mean?
$229 instead of $299 for the first 25 golf-outing plankits, or through September 1, 2026 — whichever comes first. One payment, one outing — never a subscription, never a fee on your field.
