Eighty booths. Two hundred vendor applications. One fair organizer who answers every email: you.
Craft fair, farmers market, holiday market, the venue's wedding showcase — vendor events run on a second, invisible event: the one where you jury two hundred applications, assign eighty booths, and answer "where do I load in?" eighty times. This plankit runs the vendor side — the board, the booths, the load-in, the day — while booth fees stay on YOUR Square, your PayPal, your checks. No percentage. No per-vendor tax. Ever.

The market day, minute by minute
"Vendor Fair & Market" is two things. Here's which one is yours.
Both run on the same engine underneath — a vendor pipeline, booths, load-in, a day-of schedule — but who's in the booths and who's walking through are completely different crowds.
The Market
What it is: a craft fair, holiday market, flea market, or maker's market — makers and small businesses sell straight to walk-up shoppers.
Who runs it: market organizers, chambers of commerce, churches or nonprofits running a bazaar, festival producers.
Who's in a booth: artisans, crafters, food vendors — anyone selling a product on the spot.
The Fair / Showcase
What it is: a bridal fair, wedding vendor showcase, or venue expo — wedding-industry businesses present their services to engaged couples; nobody buys at the door.
Who runs it: venues, wedding planners, expo producers.
Who's in a booth: photographers, DJs, caterers, florists, videographers — service vendors chasing bookings, not sales.
Run it today: the Trade Fair preset carries the showcase shape — buyer pre-registration, a preview hour before doors. A dedicated showcase preset (competitor separation on the map, your venue's branding) is coming. SHOWCASE PRESET — COMING SOON
Your event has two audiences. The vendors come first — literally.
Months before a single shopper shows up, you are running an application season, a jury, a floor plan, and a hundred vendor conversations. Pick the preset — craft fair, farmers market, holiday market, trade fair, pop-up — and the plan reshapes to how that world actually works: a craft fair adds the handmade-only jury pass, a farmers market brings health permits and producer-only rules, a holiday market gets its tree lighting, a trade fair opens buyer pre-registration.
The vendor pipeline
Every vendor on one board — status tracked from first contact to confirmed to paid (marked, on YOUR processor), no spreadsheet with seven tabs. The full jury flow — applied → juried → accepted → booth assigned — is coming. JURY PIPELINE — COMING SOON
Booths & the floor map
The booth directory and booth fees live on the plan today — typed once, printed for the morning crew on the market-day sheet. Running a best-booth contest? Entries, categories, and judges' scores and ranks are in the plankit today. Booth inventory by size and zone with drag-and-drop assignment is coming. FLOOR MAP — COMING SOON
Load-in, unchaosed
Staggered arrival windows and dock assignments on the day's schedule, and a day-of packet per vendor — their own schedule, arrival time, load-in and parking notes, day-of contacts. The 6am text storm, retired.
Everything up to the money
Every platform in this market takes a cut of booth fees or a fee per vendor. We take neither. Fees settle on your Square, your PayPal, your checks — we track paid/unpaid and never touch a dollar.
One plankit, two floors.
Same six screens, run for whichever event is yours. Market floor pictured below — unretouched screenshots of a sample plan we built end to end to show you exactly what it does, click any of them to look closer. Showcase-floor captures are coming soon.

What organizers ask.
How do vendors actually pay their booth fee?
Exactly the way they do now — your Square link, PayPal, Zelle, a check in the mail. You mark it received and the pipeline moves them forward. We never process, hold, or net out a dollar, which is why nothing on this page has a percentage sign on it.
We use ZAPP for applications. Conflict?
Keep it if your artists live there — ZAPP is the standard for juried art fairs and we designed for split stacks. Import your accepted list and run booths, load-in, and day-of here. Running the application season here too — applied → juried → accepted — is coming. JURY PIPELINE — COMING SOON
We run the market every Saturday. One plankit per Saturday?!
No — one plankit plans one fair or show. A weekly or year-round market is a subscription shape: the Business Track at $59/mo covers your lane with up to three open events and duplication included. The math is on the pricing page in plain numbers.
We're a venue running a bridal showcase. Is this for us?
Yes — run it on the Trade Fair preset today: buyer pre-registration, a preview hour before doors, and the same vendor pipeline, booths, and load-in as any fair. A dedicated showcase preset — competitor separation on the map, your venue's branding on the vendor list — is coming. Running showcases plus your own events all year? That's the Business line.
What does "founder price" mean?
$229 instead of $299 for the first 25 vendor-fair plankits, or through September 1, 2026 — whichever comes first. One payment, one fair — never a subscription, never a cut of your booths.
